Prioritizing the Path to Holistic Health and Emotional Freedom
No one else will do it for you, and you owe it to yourself!
Holistic health seems pretty tenuous for a lot of people these days, and is it any wonder? The covid years kick-started a collective free-fall that has been global, and it’s not only still happening…..it’s accelerating on all levels; body, mind and spirit.
What we thought was real…what we though was SECURE….has been revealed to be otherwise since 2020. Freedom is an illusion, particularly evident in the West; compliance is assured only due to fear. Formal tyranny through institutional controls and informal tyranny through the weaponization of societal pressure are imbedded within the very fabric of every system that we grew up thinking was “normal”, and enforces mandatory consumption of toxic, dis-ease causing products and services by taking away access to knowledge and products that are natural, organic, and truly beneficial.
A neverending focus on dis-ease, and the suggestion that human beings should be afraid of each other….and life expectancy is dropping even as we’re watching children die suddenly, athletes having heart attacks on the ball field and young couples being stricken with turbo cancer within months of each others’ diagnosis…yet everywhere, doctors are “baffled”.
Constant bombardment of messages insisting that no one is capable of Agency; all must capitulate to the wisdom of an outside authority more “qualified” to make decisions for you, since you’re not smart enough (or “qualified” enough) to make them for yourself.
Armies of thought police beat drums that thump “that’s been debunked!” in cadence against every bit of holistic and natural wisdom that tries to expose itself to the light of day.
Insistence that everything is great when reality shows that many young adults can’t even afford to register a car, much less move out of their parents’ homes and pay for an apartment. Even food costs three times what it did just a few short years ago.
Gaslighting every where that you turn; do not believe the evidence that you are seeing, hearing and living….none of it is true! We know best; we will tell you what to think.
Is it no wonder that people are struggling with chronic health problems, PTSD, depression, anxiety and addictions to escape the pain and suffering of living in Clown World?
Clowns are triggering, I know. I apologize…..but nothing else fits quite as well. This is the landscape that we are currently living upon right now; where stories paint one reality, but the feelings that you get coming from somewhere deep inside you tell a completely different one. Pay attention to your instincts; this is your body trying to tell you something.

At the end of the day, We the People, the collective owe it to ourselves to prioritize our own mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health, so that we are not just equipped to ride effortlessly through the chaotic whitewaters of life coming at us 24/7….but to thrive. We can not afford to sit back passively waiting for some symbol of outside authority to show us the path to healing and enlightenment; we must proactively empower ourselves and find the answers. And we must purify our physical vessels, our bodies…because without a foundation of solid physical health, we have nothing and are certainly not equipped to hold a container for higher knowledge and wisdom.
Many people are aware that they have triggers, and they despise the out-of-control feeling that they have whenever their “switches” get flipped. Yet triggers are just the tip of the iceberg, and at the end of the day; with targeted work, they are not very difficult to release ….and freedom from triggers is only the starting point. Brain Coherence; enduring and sustaining, must be the true end-goal for all of us. It is far more important than most people realize, and it is intricately connected to biology and the health of the physical body.
PTSD, depression, anxiety and stress are chaotic brain function; all keep the body and the individual’s consciousness in a holding pattern of hypervigilence, which is the opposite of peace and well-being. This is a default mode pattern. Over time, it causes cortical thinning. The picture below (credit Energy Psychology Group) is EEG imaging that shows the effect of being constantly in default mode; the erosion of the physical brain structure, which causes disease progression and accellerates biological age.
Conversely, the Psychically Strong self (credit Michael Niehls, The Indoctrinated Brain) is coherent. This place of Mental resilience is both physical AND emotional and It protects from excessive stress reactions, and allows us to handle new experiences and retain a positive and curious attitude.
It also modulates our confidence and self-esteem by allowing us to consciously recall our positive experiences and strengths; it is essential for us to embody our true individuality.
Most people are familiar with the amygdala, and recognize the term ‘amygdala hijacking’ that is characteristic of being triggered……and they recognize the role of the frontal brain in intellectual processing. These are part of the landscape of mental and emotional health. The Hippocampus is a crucial component of emotional regulation that has often been overlooked, certainly prior to Michael Niehls work ( The Indoctrinated Brain - 2023, and The Exhausted Brain - 2021). It is the battery that powers executive function and the thinking processes that happen in the frontal lobes, and is called the “Frontal Brain Battery”. It also is a file retrieval system of memories and knowledge, and the location where identified ‘dangers’ are classified. It indexes long term memories stored in the neocortex for retrievals, and contains many receptors for stress hormones.
The hippocampus always reminds me of the old computer RAM concept; random access memory function. In the 80’s and 90’s (maybe still, I just don’t hear it so much now) this was a crucial component of computer processing, and RAM would pull the stored data from wherever it was sitting, so that the desired operation of the computer could be accomplished (I am not a computer whiz so I’m oversimplifying here).
The hippocampus contains indexing neurons, and new neurons get regenerated at night while people are sleeping. REM eye movement reflects the integration of the file transfer that is going on between the hippocampus and the long-term memory banks held within the “hard drive”; the Neocortex. It is estimated that 1.5% of the total indexing neurons are newly regenerated in the brain each year of life (only beginning to fall off in production somewhere in the 80th decade!!); and these neurons are ‘hungry’; seeking new information and new experiences to process and store. People who have lost curiousity and desire to try new things often are dealing with impaired neuroregeneration without even realizing it; poor sleep patterns are just one cause that inevitably results in this.
Serve to say, the hippocampus, the amygdala and the frontal cortex are all inter-connected and interdependent and when people do not prioritize self care and personal health and wellbeing, the entire landscape suffers. When the cells of the battery (the hippocampus) get drained from overuse, ego depletion is the result….and people lose the ability to continue focusing on high level intellectual processing, until they are able to sleep and recharge. Who among us is unfamiliar with that feeling of mental exhaustion that occurs naturally as a result of overextending your intellectual processing? This is how the body is showing us in real time that SOMETHING detrimental is going on at the cellular level that requires care and attention. There are many scientific resources that delve into detailed explanations of the whats, hows and whys of brain science health; for our purposes here, I am painting a big picture overlay which will hopefully serve as a starting point for people to begin researching on their own.
When we are mentally exhausted, not only are our thinking and processing abilities at a low point….we are not at our best, period. Stress, especially a chronic state of being ‘stressed’ prevents us from being emotionally and mentally resilient, and with time the biological structure of the brain itself begins to break down and erode…..and dis-ease is inevitable. Couple the bombardment that is hitting our psyche with the bombardment of physical toxins in the environment; food, water, chemicals, et al….and humanity is sitting in a giant soup pot slowly coming to a boil. According to research presented by Dawson Church, a lovely soul in lifetime service to humanity and well-known for his work with EFT tapping, sixteen million Americans are caring for an adult family member with some serious form of cognitive impairment; dementia and Alzheimers in particular. As current statistics showing the population of adult Americans is somewhere around three hundred million, this is a full five per cent of our brothers and sisters here in the States! Is this not a true epidemic?
It is an epidemic….but rather than addressing it, the matrix systems attempt to normalize it. After all, It is so much more profitable to have legions of care workers attending to the sick, demented, infirm and completely helpless; feeding them their daily cocktail of drugs and making sure that the conveyor belt that connects all the components of the sick-care system is smoothly operational and the customers are all seat-belted in. “Patient-to-Provider” is the dis-ease industry’s “Farm-to-Table” model!
The web is enormous, and once a person gets caught in it….like a fly, he or she becomes more and more entangled in its sticky layers, pulled relentlessly forward to an inevitable conclusion. Legions of sickcare workers (notice how the term healthcare is a true inversion; these people know nothing about true health!) think they are answering a grand calling to help humanity by serving up victims to a devouring beast. Consider the collective belief system that we as a society have been brainwashed into:
Decrepitude is a natural and inevitable expectation of aging.
Nursing home incarceration is a natural and inevitable expectation of aging.
Dementia and cognitive degradation is a natural and inevitable expectation of aging.
Bullshit, bullshit and bullshit! Tell that to Charlotte Gerson, and you would have found a palm right in your face. She was a living testiment to the truth that her father tirelessly fought to bring to the public’s attention. If you’ve never heard of Max Gerson and the Gerson Method, it’s eye opening. I used it in 2014 to reverse a massive brain injury caused by not one but six “vaccines” all at once, which not only destroyed my short term memory and had me teetering on the edge of full-blown dementia, but completely wiped out my previously amazing photographic memory ability.
There is not much that cannot be reversed or in the very least helped significantly by focused attention and correct protocols that are founded in natural holistic health. This is true for the physical body, and it is true for the mental and emotional bodies as well and all must be prioritized because we are multi-dimensional beings.
We can no longer afford to pour all of our energy and attention into a single focus. We must make ourselves aware of all the different, interconnected elements that make up our landscape and methodically and planfully begin taking back our health holistically.
Body, mind and spirit.
Start where you are…..but do start. Do not allow yourself to become distracted, or at least don’t stay distracted for too long. The future; the world that we will be leaving for our children and grandchildren depends on our priorities and our actions today.

" This is why in most ALL 'religious' traditions the head is placed on the ground, bowing, or grounding. This forces blood and nutrients to that frontal area and discharges negative electricity.... The head is an antenna, you heard?
