Stopping the Biofield Hijacking: a Primer for Taking Back Your Field (Part 2)

This is not new, and it isn’t a secret…..the Biofield has always been known!

First of all, I’d like to start with a truth that needs to be spoken loud and clear. The biofield is not a discovery, a “new science” or a classified invention; it is a remembering of our human auric field, the existence of which has been acknowledged and worked with by energy workers, mystics, sages, healers, alchemists, and philosophers throughout human history.

For thousands of years, mystery schools have taught it, and indigenous shamans have journeyed within it to restore fragmented souls. Rudolph Steiner (more than a century ago) described it as the subtle etheric body interfacing with light, spirit and planetary rhythms. Eileen McKusick talks about it in her work with tuning forks. The ancient Vedic sages described the Pranamaya Kosha. The Hebrew Kabbalists understood it as the auric tree connected to the Sephiroth.

And yes, while the courageous Sabrina Wallace has done a bang-up job informing people about technologies and confirming attacks being levied against the human race through our biofield, her blanket assertion that “no one knew” until recently is not just inaccurate, it is disingenuous….and disempowering. Many, many of us have been consciously working with the biofield for decades as a spiritual instrument and completely disconnected from any talk of it as some kind of scientific novelty. And that matters! Why? Because awareness precludes interference, and you can’t hijack what someone has actually mastered.

Speaking of ……the biblical King Solomon was actually an energetic master.

Whether you look at the Keys of Solomon (in particular, the Lesser Key), the structure of King Solomon’s Temple or the Templar Technologies, the historical and esoteric records reveal an individual who understood toroidal geometry, field harmonics and scalar containment. People can argue all day long over whether or not he was an actual living man or a myth, but the stories and literature describe clear concepts which the military industrial complex is quite aware of.

• Hexagrams - six pointed geometry as scalar seals, which generate standing wave patterns.

• Breath-prayer and resonance, using the sacred breath to shift internal currents within the physical body and activate pineal ignition.

• Temple structures of crystal and gold, acoustic-electric holders and amplifyers of frequencies.

• Vocal tones and words of power to imprint vibrational authority in space/time.

Solomon was commanding the ether, and he used bio-electromagnetic architecture. The same kind that is now being levied in reverse by the GWEN towers, phased-array antennas, and frequency cages designed to disrupt your coherent field, to destabilize your breath, invert your polarity, and fragment your energetic architecture.

According to modern field physics, hexagrams generate scalar cancellation nodes; a self-nullifying field, Pentagrams encode the golden ratio which anchors electromagnetic resonance with Earth and cosmos, and breath ratios (e.g. 4–7–8 or 5–5–5) entrain the heart into coherent phase. This has the result of increasing resistance to targeting frequencies by up to 300%!

Solomon’s spiritual legacy includes temple blueprints based on phi-ratio acoustics, hexagram containment fields, and vocalized breath rituals to activate a “column of light” (Merkabah) that shields the biofield from invasion.

The Human Biofield is an ancient interface that has been exploited to be the modern target

The human auric field …the biofield…. consists of multiple layered energetic structures; a scaffolding. While terminology varies, the system referenced here aligns with the subtle body model recognized in Western esotericism (Theosophy and Anthroposophy), Vedic philosophy, and updated in modern bioenergetic research:

• The etheric body (1–2 inches from the skin; blueprint of the physical; corresponds to meridians and acupoints)

• The emotional body (extends 1–3 feet; registers and stores emotional patterning)

• The mental body (extends 3–8 feet; includes belief systems, mental patterns, thought loops)

• The causal or spiritual body (expands beyond 8 feet; holds karmic, ancestral, and soul-level templates)

This layering closely mirrors models presented by Rudolph Steiner in the late 1800s and the earlier Vedic kosha’s, with contemporary crossover into Barbara Brennan’s and McKusick’s energetic anatomy work. No matter what the layers are called by whatever system is being explored, at the end of the day ….the human auric field is quite real. And it is the largest organ of the body.

Targeted attacks on the human biofield come in through multiple bandwidths

• ELF (extremely low frequencies) are usually between 3 Hz – 30 Hz. These are slow, penetrating waves that resonate with brainstem and heartbeat frequencies. Used in HAARP-like entrainment, insomnia induction, and depression loops.

• Microwave Pulses are between 300 MHz – 300 GHz. This is the standard for use in smart meters, WiFi, 5G, and crowd control technologies. Penetrates tissues and affects calcium-gated ion channels, leading to fatigue, brain fog, and hormonal disruption.

• Phase-Locked Laser Bursts are directed energy weapons which typically operate in GHz or THz frequencies. These are used for non-lethal behavioral disruption, remote influence, and entrained hallucinations.

• Feedback Loop Signals (Emotional Surveillance) are real-time biometric read-and-write operations (heart rate variability, breath rate, and micro-expression mapping, for example). AI creates frequency loops that cause you to feel the emotion you are being monitored for….. then it amplifies it, and learns from your reaction.

All of these effects are devastating, and cause a state of chronic stress and hypervigilance in the sufferer, who gradually becomes more and more worn down with time as the targeting continues. A.I. doesn’t sleep, it doesn’t rest….it is relentless. This is what living in a war zone does to resilience, and it is the reason why bio-spiritual hygiene, regular detoxing, control of breathing patterns and knowledge of sacred geometry are now political acts; they are a prison break from artificially locked feedback loops.

A “day in the life” story…..

We will call her Maya; she’s anyone that we know who experiences targeted, daily disruption via electronic interference techologies.

Maya wakes up every morning around 3:12am. This is not because she’s an early bird, it’s due to the 2.45 GHz pulse aimed at her bedroom, which has been routed through the unknowing neighbor’s smart meter which spikes just after 3am. She’s tired, foggy, adrenalized….but this isn’t her first rodeo.

She reaches for her orgonite pyramid that sits under her bed; she made it herself, with black tourmaline and shungite, both known for their electromagnetic-signal absorbing properties. She activates her solfeggio 528 Hz generator, running the frequencies through an analogue speaker (NOT Bluetooth!). Then, she stands up, hands over her heart, asking for assistance from Source Creator, and breathes; inhale….counting to four…..hold….counting to seven…..exhale, counting to eight…..repeating, over and over again.

With each cycle, Maya imagines her breath pulling Earth’s grounding energies in through her feet and exhaling it upward like a tree through her crown. She brings her awareness into gratitude to the Divine for all the blessings in her life.

Before five minutes have passed, her heart rate has normalized, the panic has dropped and the fog lifts. Now, Maya stands with her feet spread wide and her arms raised, and she intones the vowel sound “ooooooomm” as she visualizes the toroidal field generating from her thymus gland (the high heart) expanding around her. She is not “channelling”. She is not hoping. What she is doing is commanding her field.

By 3:30am, the signal recedes just like it always does….because Maya’s auric field is becoming harder to entrain.

The Electromagnetic war on breath

Your breath is your access point to field control; it modulates your heart rate variability (HRV), your Vagus nerve tone, your brainwave states (alpha, theta, delta), and your Biofield spin and coherence.

AI-driven surveillance systems like Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Project SLEEPING BEAUTY were designed to exploit disordered breath to create field instability, which increases susceptibility to mind control:

• V2K (voice-to-skull)

• Emotional suggestion

• Sleep paralysis

• Subliminals via ELF modulation

When these disrupting signals send you into an amygdala hijack and make your heart race (perfectly normal biological responses), the A.I. program is expecting it. It measures….and continues to refine its future strategy. By mastering your breath, you jam the signature targeting algorithms used in real-time targeting grids. You do the unexpected. And that is what A.I. is incapable of comprehending or dealing with!

BIOFIELD DEFENSE PROTOCOLS

Resonant Field Cancellation is a frequency armor

One of the simplest yet most effective countermeasures is restoring your own biofield resonance to the Schumann frequency; 7.83 Hz. The Schumann is the heartbeat of Earth’s organic electromagnetic cavity. Although these same technologies that are so harmful to the human biofield have also been levied against the Earth itself, all organic life …including Earth…..have this core, harmonious frequency, which promotes:

• Alpha–theta brainwaves, the natural states of peace, meditation, and creativity

• Cellular repair and redox regulation

• Reduction of ELF entrainment susceptibility

When you synchronize to this natural rhythm using breath, grounding, Qigong, or analog sound therapy, you create “Resonant Field Cancellation.” This is the phenomenon which phases out the synthetic or hostile waveforms with dominant natural harmonics; in this case, Earth’s own frequency. In musical terms, you’re “overriding the dissonance with a fundamental note.” And despite all the lies that we’ve been told…..the organic original blueprint is far more powerful than the artificial mimicry!

Grounding barefoot on soil, playing 7.83 Hz analog tone through a wired speaker, or entering deep coherence through breath are a few simple ways that this field lock can be triggered.

Foundational Techniques- 1. working consciously with the breath

4-7-8 Solomonic or Coherence Breath - studied & validated by HeartMath Institute, and Dr. Andrew Weil

• Inhale 4 seconds, Hold 7 seconds, then Exhale 8 seconds. Do this for for a minimum of four minutes three times a day.

This increases vagal tone, lowers cortisol, and aligns heart-brain resonance.

Box Breathing or Square Breathing - a technique used by Navy SEALs

• Inhale 4 seconds, Hold 4 four seconds, Exhale 4 seconds, Hold 4 seconds. Four minutes of consistent practice is generally enough to stop a panic attack.

Use during panic, V2K interference, or fear episodes; any time you’ve been “triggered”. If you can visualize yourself wrapped in a blanket of dark, grounding brown, surrounded and protected by this color, which is of Earth; even better.

“Sama Vritti” or Equal Breathing - a yogic breath technique

• Inhale 6 seconds, Exhale six seconds……focusing on the stillness at the top and the bottom of each breath.

This strengthens the electromagnetic field and makes it quiet and calm…..causing A.I. response to lag and glitch.

Mouth breathing destabilizes field polarity; focus on inhalation and exhalation through the nose. With time and conscious application, these techniques become much easier and eventually will be almost second nature.

2. Detoxing and improving field nutrition

The ability of anything outside of the self to penetrate the biofield is dependent upon biofield integrity breakdown. This speaks to the necessity of terrain maintenance; and intentional detoxification is the first step. To effectively shield your biofield, you must remove heavy metals and inflammatory chemicals that not only weaken your auric field and increase signal permeability, they also resonate at frequencies that attract what matches. A pure vessel does not send out a homing beacon.

A starting point for some basic protocols-

• Binders such as bentonite clay with its strong negative charge pull in and bind aluminum, barium and strontium; these toxins are all ever-present in the sprays that the military contractors are spewing across the skies 24/7. Boron (Borax) binds fluoride. These substances are then excreted through the kidneys and intestinal system.

• Magnesium glycinate and potassium citrate are essential minerals which, when used together restore cells and improve cellular “voltage” and metabolic function.

• Iodine helps to support endocrine function

• Natural detoxing herbs such as spirulina and chlorella chelate mercury and support field integrity and liver supports such as milk thistle, dandelion, NAC.

• High-sulfur foods such as garlic, onion, MSM work synergistically to support detoxification processes in the body, boost the immune system and regulate overall coherence.

Some things to begin consciously avoiding:

• Anything fluoridated….water, foods, personal products; fluoride bioaccumulates in the body, particular the bone marrow and the glands. It particularly impairs the pineal gland, which sits outside of the blood-brain barrier and is readily accessible to receive toxins that are being pumped through the body’s circulatory system. Pineal gland calcification, as it is called, blocks this super-sensory organ from receiving energetic signals and impressions, which is the main reason for the lack of discernment that so many humans display. Calcification of the pineal does so many things to limit our perception, and it also disconnects from knowing and feeling Source (I also refer to this as Holy Spirit) inside us. Quite by chance, I discovered that in 2021, the de facto government in Massachusetts had quietly pushed the addition of fluoride into the public water supplies of nearly every city and town across the entire state without the media being alerted. Fluoride is present in the majority of processed foods, and this is not disclosed. A little bit of research will lead you down rabbit holes! The Fluoride Deception by Christopher Bryson is a seminal book; I highly recommend people read it. It can be found in pdf for free on the internet.

• Seed oils are very unhealthy; they disrupt electromagnetic cell membrane potential and actively cause whole-system inflammation. Many of the most widely used seed oils (canola and the generic “vegetable” oils, in particular) originate with seeds that are completely contaminated with toxins and geo-engineering. Long-term use of these products causes damage that builds up over time, so it takes a long time for all the effects to leave the body. Real butter and coconut oil are much healthier alternatives.

• Synthetic and “boosted” sweeteners and enhancers; aspartame, MSG, red dyes….lab created additives and so-called “foods”.

The work of Dr. Emoto that brought awareness to the consciousness and programmability of water is something to take note of, especially with regard to hydration. Among his other discoveries, the power of prayer and intention directed at water that had been deliberately contaminated yielded real physical changes to the structure. Water molecules transformed from incoherent, ugly patterns to coherent, beautiful patterns after prayer and loving intentions were directed at the samples. The potential for our abiity to just use our thoughts and intentions to cause physical changes cannot be understated, and I recommend that people explore Dr. Emoto’s work. Breath plus Qiqong plus detox equals disruption shield!

Qigong (“chi cultivation) is a coherence amplification and biofield restoration practice that combines posture, breath and intention. It synchronizes the internal energy meridian flows with Earth’s original magnetic grid. Studies from China’s State Key Laboratory on Brain and Cognition found that Qigong practitioners emitted distinct electromagnetic signatures; much lower ELF susceptibility and heightened biofield stability. Military EEG studies (Soviet Union, Project PANDORA) found that Qigong adepts resisted ELF field entrainment after 30 days of daily practice.

Some simple-but-excellent protocols for beginners include: Zhan Zhuang - standing meditation - for chi density building, Eight Brocades (Ba Duan Jin) - opens field meridians, and Taoist Bone Breathing - draws qi into marrow and dissolves internal implants. Just a fifteen minute practice every day creates discernable Heart Rate Variability shifts after a short period of time!

Every day, Maya prepares her morning tea, made with ginger, nettle and black seed oil. She eats warm, grounding foods and avoids all technology completely for the first hour. This is intentional self-care….and it is field defense.

DIY shielding suggestions for the physical environment

Orgonite with Shungite & Tourmaline

• Mix resin (concrete or epoxy) and copper, clear quartz, shungite and black tourmaline. You can add other metals as well.

• Cast in molds shaped as pyramids or discs, in layers. The layering is crucial to the effectiveness of the shungite. When you are done, the composition of the device should have slightly more metal than crystal; 51 per cent or higher.

• Place at EMF sources and locations where you want extra protection such as your internet router, bed, corners of your room, your car, etc. There are groups of people who travel around to 5G towers, burying these devices beneath them.

Orgonite is not some “woo woo” idea; it harmonizes the naturally occurring electromagnetic energies in the atmosphere around us and rebalances the incoherent frequencies that man-playing-God has inflicted upon the Earth. Based upon the work of Wilhelm Reich, this technology and this knowledge has informed the MkUltra Program and in particular Project MONTAUK; the military industrial complex is well-aware of these truths.

I’ve been making orgonite for several years now, and I have periodically tested it’s effects by placing a small pyramid in a pie-plate full of water into the freezer. When the water freezes and I pull it out……a thick white circle pattern is always present around the little pyramid. That is a vortex, captured in ice; proof that there is an energetic effect that happens. One thing that I noticed is that this only works with the orgonite that I and others in my group have created; the cheap pyramids sold on Amazon claiming to be orgonite do not have the same powerful effects….these imitations are not real orgonite. So be aware.

Shielding using copper - tensor and mesh faraday

Although this can be pricy, it is worth knowing….and with exploration, I’m positive that people can apply the concepts behind these idea to other more do-able mitations.

• Line windows with copper fabric and ground to a rod outside, adding linen or wool as an interior layer to prevent field rebound.

• Tensor rings and copper generators strategically placed around smart meters and in other locations, and worn as jewelry.

Sacred geometry grids:

• Draw base 12 Flower of Eternal Life beneath bed, placing charged quartz at each point

• Visualize it pulsing scalar light with each breath, before you settle down for sleep.

An important note about perceptual distortion fields; what you see isn’t always what is happening!

Also called optical field misinterpretation; sometimes what we see is not real, and it is due to either a diminished state of consciousness (because you can only perceive that which your consciousness is capable of perceiving) or deliverate manipulation such as:

• Visual perception that is filtered through A.I. distortions

• Religious programming overlays which are triggered to create specific imagery

People have interpret levitation, holographic projection, or magnetically suspended field movement as a miraculous act, such as “walking on water” ….and the reverse, seeing someone who is actually levitating as “hopping” or “bouncing”.

This ties into the broader topic of spiritual deception technology and how religious programming acts as a filter that distorts field phenomena into expected narrative forms, especially among the devout. Consider Project BLUEBEAM and how it was designed to trick people into believing artifically generated images are real.

Awareness of this mechanism of control helps us to connect with our inner discernment capacity to detect the differences between actual energetic phenomena and programmed overlays that are artificial. What you know can never again be unknown, so this awareness helps to liberate your own perceptual sovereignty.

Religion is a weapon, and it was created to block our perceptual access

Science of today has confirmed what the ancients knew and what today’s spiritually (NOT religiously) attuned know….but which so many normal people going about their normal lives do not. Why do so many mainstream, religious-oriented belief systems subtly (and not-so-subtly) install fear-based filters to dissuade spiritual inquiry?

Because once you understand your field, you can no longer be owned, guilted, or controlled!

Religious programming has labelled auric field awareness as witchcraft. It has demonized energy work as putting the soul in danger. It has shrilled that sacred geometry is a deception of the “new age” (much to be said about how belief systems and practices of the “new age” are indeed hijacked but that is a bigger conversation; geometry is one of the four quadrants of knowledge based upon the Quadrivium). It has called breathwork a demonic gateway. And all the while military projects have been busily using this same knowledge to attack humanity.

The hypocrisy is galling. And human beings going about reciting the dogmatic programming that they have been taught are sitting ducks while the military labs apply the Flower of Life as a toroidal map for implant tracking, use breath-based A.I. programs to monitor stress and coherence. And they run live signals against your Merkabah field, knowing full well that most people are either afraid or unaware that it even exists. Fear and ignorance are filters, and this serves them very well. They love that you are afraid, and they count on it to block your awakening.

Human beings are electric and magnetic

The electromagnetic war is real, and many of our brothers and sisters in the human family have been in the dark. The biofield is not a new age novelty, it is older than governments, older than technology, older than fear. It is our native landscape, our own powerful biological terrain, created and bestowed by Divine Source. And it is precisely because this field is that powerful, that unique, that it has been mapped, mimicked and manipulated by forces that want us reactive….disconnected…….running from the pain and the fear. But coherence is our birthright, and once we reclaim it; with every intentional breath, chi-cultivating exercise, body-mind-spirit purification practice, geometric seal, and act of inner discipline. we move from resisting tamperinig and interference into overwriting it; radiating from the center of our field with powerful and relentless light that A.I. can no longer predict or manipulate and handlers can no longer control.
