Silent Hostility; the energy between we-the-people and our brothers and sisters in blue......
Few Americans have failed to notice, at one point or another, a strange hostile energy that exists in the dynamic between the police and the law abiding public.
But surely it must be our imagination, we tell ourselves. After all, these are our friends, our family members, our former classmates who never moved out of the town where we all grew up. These are fellow human beings who are doing a job that we consider to be self-sacrificing, almost noble. Their motto is “protect and serve”. So what is this strange feeling that we get when we see a patrol car out on the street….that almost instinctive desire to quickly scan ourselves and our own behavior to make sure that what we are doing is “acceptable” by today’s societal standards, and most particularly, to the standards of The Police Department. ?
It’s an energy that eminates from law enforcement, that is certain. A sort of suspicion, a watchfulness, as if they expect that we could at any moment cross an invisible line that separates our identity as their neighbor, former classmate and winner of the 1991 yearsbook’s Class Clown award to Stranger, and a potential perpetrator. An Enemy Combatant.
It is an instant and automatic sort of dehumanization, where all individual history and memory of the personal touch of human interaction is washed away in the tide of conditioning with that step into the “line of duty”. Where the living man or woman disappears, replaced by a robotic minion whose only allegiance is to the employer, the faceless state.
Gone is the beat cop that we remember from the 50s up through even the 80s; the cop who knew the names of every business owner and every family in his home district. The cop who may have unfortuntely lost his life because he valiantly put himself between a gunman and the teenaged cashier who used to babysit his kid….and to whose funeral every local gang member and petty criminal showed up to pay respects. Deep down, he never stopped believing that eventually they could turn it all around, make something of themselves, and deep down, they recognized that and appreciated him for it. That iconic figure is extinct, buried beneath the mocking weight of milennial scorn for the stupidly idealistic willingness to throw his life away against such ridiculous odds, for believing that one person really can make a difference.
The profession that is left behind is just the shell of a uniform; a badge, shiny black boots, and a gun. The uniform’s facade is a hologram, projecting a strange sort of emptiness that doesn’t even seem human, really. Eyes that do not show emotion or reveal any secret desire for meaningful communication scan the terrain flatly, with the same affect that we see whenever we close our eyes and picture Arnold Schwartzenegger’s character in the first Terminator movie. Blank windows of a soul that seems to no longer be at home.
There is a silent hostility there, crouching like a beast waiting for the slightest provocation to rise up. A cold stoicism that demands unearned fealty to an image which has placed itself high upon a pedestal, in total disconnection from the old sense of belonging to and protection of a community that knits all members, stature great and small, together. Where did this disconnection come from? After all, a job is just a job, isn’t it? If an asteroid was mere hours away from destroying this planet, the man behind the uniform would surely abandon it and rush to be at home where he belongs, protecting his family……he would neither spare a thought to the highway patrol he wasn’t doing, nor to the obnoxious punk he wrote a traffic ticket to earlier.
When it comes down to life and death, priorities somehow become magically clear.
No, this is something more than a just loyalty to a job, because it is always there, always present. It is an identity that has overwritten personality in the way that a computer virus completely overwrites an existing program and changes it forever. And awareness of it lurks in the consciousness of everyone at the Fourth of July barbeque across town. It is audible in the superficial conversations shared with him, visible in the sheepish looks and the furtive downing of shots of Jaeger with the boys in the kitchen, out of sight of the party and his notice. He IS a cop, after all! And cops are always on duty, even when they aren’t. Better to be safe than sorry!
It is a silent hostility. A feeling like somehow, inexplicably, you are an enemy. Every move that you make may be watched, to ensure that you don’t step out of line. And if you do, you will be dealt with immediately.
What is being perceived is real, but it isn’t because of you or anything that you did. It isn’t even rooted in anything concrete. It is an energy that began swirling around mere words written into legislation, which grew and built momentum over the course of many years. The pages reach back into history, and this is where we must go in order to identify its source, and to fully realize its scope. It originated with Acts of Congress.
First of all, the history of America that has been taught in public schools for the past five decades (at least) has left a great many important things out. For one, thing, it focuses on the type of government that by all appearances is “the lawful government” structure, but which is actually a network of corporate franchises that exist under contract law. It teaches that there are three branches; the Executive, the Legislative, and the Judicial. It teaches about procedures, and about policies, and about the enforcement of those policies. It has many, many policy enforcers whose jobs are to “protect and serve” its interests and its assets; to keep its citizens in line and make sure that there is as little liability coming back on the government as possible at all times. These enforcers have various titles; officers, agents, chiefs, coordinators, deputies, directors, and numerous others, populating numerous agencies, bureaus, and departments tied to some “government” structure at all levels; federal, state and local. There are seemingly neverending rules, codes, regulations, statutes, laws, decrees, mandates, and policies….and more are conceived of every single day. Each level of enforcement relies heavily upon so-called “voluntary compliance” of the population….and failure to fall in line results in the full weight of the police state enforcement coming down upon the disobedient subject. Each and every level relies upon fear to compel the subjects to obey the rules. The result is a vast network of control and rule that is governed by fear. This system is what is meant by the term “Police State”; and the enforcement that ensues for disobedience to the system falls swiftly and heavily. Thus, the fear permeates every level of society and controls the behavior and the consciousness of the populations who are subject to it.
The type of “government” whose structure consists of Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches is not the original government that was instituted by the Founding Fathers in 1776. The original government is not the “democracy” that has been sold by the elected representatives to an idealistic population of voters and propagandized. The original government By the People For the People was and still is a Constitutional Republic, which follows Public Law….natural law…..not a bureaucratic structure of administrative statutes, rules, regulations, codes, mandates, policies and executive orders. The original government structure also has three branches; they are the Union, the Federation, and the Confederation. No public schools teach this; nor do they teach the rest of real American history that has been hidden to the point of which seems almost deliberate.
This system is a perceptual Police State. It starts with “policy” and is maintained by “enforcement”; hostility emanates from the energy of force, and the need to be sure that the public follows the established rules. It is the willingness to take whatever action is necessary to guarantee compliance, or to inflict punishment. This system is enabled by the authority of Polic(y) E(nforcers); the most obvious and visible of which are Police Officers, employed by the numerous corporate entities that the majority of citizens call “the government”, but which are actually service providers who were contracted in the Constitutions by the original Government By-and-For-The-People. More than two hundred years ago, the predecessors of these service providers were contracted to perform nineteen specific, enumerated powers that affected primarily international, state-to-state commerce. After all, remember…..the original Republican form of government, the Union States, were primarily focused upon their communities and life within their counties and their organic states; each of which was and STILL IS a separate nation. They did not wish to be bothered with international commerce across their borders, and it made sense to authorize contractors to handle that business for them. It also made sense that they would be incorporated, and regulated by contract law, and that they would create rules to govern the behavior of their employees and subcontractors.
How, then, did their rules expand to sweep over and control not only their employees and subcontractors, but almost everyone, using fear, intimidation and control to keep all of the population in line following rules that were never meant to apply to them in the first place? How did it become mainstream perception that these corporations are “the government” and that employees of these corporations have unlimited authority to in silent hostility force compliance to corporate policy and rules upon the entire population, who are automatically regarded as enemy combatants?
The majority of the population of US citizens ARE enemy combatants by the very definition of the citizenship status called a “US citizen”. And Polic(e) E(nforcers) automatically assume that this is your citizenship status, because since the 1930s, it has been the default citizenship status of everyone born in the United States.
Our agents were not satisfied with staying in their lane. Similar to what we are seeing right now where they are not satisfied with the power and control that they have usurped up to this point through weaponized fear; they have pushed for more, and more and more….and they have taken it, over the course of the last 160 years. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Because the original Republican form of Government on the local county levels in each Union State failed to remain focused and on their toes, keeping our contractors…..our employees….in line after the devastation of the Civil War, its very existence essentially faded into distant memory. People busied themselves rebuilding their lives, and left the governing entirely to our employees; the centralized seat of power which was a corporation that was run by a cadre of attorneys and bankers located in the ten square miles of land between Maryland and Delaware; Washington, District of Columbia. And as we know from history…..when the managers are on vacation and the employees are left to run the business, accountability disappears and great liberties are often stolen. Literally. Imagine what would happen if the managers and owners left a large company to be run entirely by the employees for 160 years. By the time they returned to attempt to wrest control back, the company would have become a very far cry from the way that it was when they left….and they would very likely be ignored or even retaliated against for daring to even show up and proclaim their rightful roles.
It took years to take complete control, but then, it has always been a long game. As the people in their counties sat back, focusing on their personal lives, they began to pay less and less attention to what the corporations in Washington, acting on behalf of their governments, were doing. They stopped holding their county and State Jural Assembly meetings, and let their employees and contractors of the government service corporations at the city, state and federal level handle everything. After all having to stay on top of what all these agencies were doing and push them back into their lane whenever they strayed took a lot of time and attention, and it was inconvenient. We now know that convenience has proven to be one of the most powerful motivators that drives people to make terrible choices today, and it often involves giving up rights, inch by inch, yard by yard. The lawyers and bankers began to implement small steps to consolidate their power and grow their centralized corporate “government” exponentially so that it would eventually control every aspect of life. Like the proverbial frog who sits complacently in a slowly boiling pot and never realizes frog legs are on the menu, the slow but steady progression of legislative actions taken by the globalist bankers and their attorneys gradually set up the landscape to enslave the entire population without their awareness.
History is written by the victors, and the noble pictures painted by the elite group of high profile players who had their hands and their fortunes in every top-down system have been the authors of textbooks used to teach children in schools at every level. Every institution that relies upon outside funding has been subject to the conditions required by the funders. Rockefellers, Vanderbilts, Bushs, Warburgs, et al, were behind plans to steer 100% of the population away from independence and sovereignty to enslavement under authoritarian systems; health, food production, education, media, religion, and government. Each step was taken with the stroke of a pen as new legislation was enacted, the language of which was confusing, deceptive and unclear to anyone not a BAR (British Accreditation Registry) attorney. New heros were installed and sold to the public as saviors of humanity following some crisis that was planned and engineered by the same globalists who owned every industry in the civilized world. Hint: the so-called history of events surrounding the Civil War and Abraham Lincoln is as fraudulent as the story of Christopher Columbus. Lincoln, the first BAR attorney to be elected as president of the federal government services corporation, owed his loyalty to the Crown of England, as do all BAR attorneys to this day. By all evidence today, he was instrumental in setting off the chain of events that would eventually result in the automatic inversion of citizenship, commoditizing and enslaving every child born on American soil; a hero to the globalists, but not to America. Franklin D Roosevelt was another such useful tool, a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
The linear progression of events that took place beginning with Lincoln and the Civil War is complicated and detailed, and can be found with diligent research that looks beyond the superficial overlay of lies that the majority of people mistakenly believe today. A 40,000 foot view recaps the progression in a nutshell:
Prior to 1860, the original organic Constitution was somehow misplaced…..and shortly after the Civil War commenced, a new Constitution was executed with the current federal contractor. There have been several Constitutions, and what we have today does not include the original 13th Amendment, which outlaws slavery and involuntary servitude.
Just after the Civil War, with an entire population of former slaves now freemen, the wealthy landowners of the southern states had a dilemma. These people outnumbered them, many to one, and their collective voices would easily overwhelm the wishes of the landowners, if they were forced to allow them to vote and to participate in local governing decisions. So Washington kindly created a paper class of “citizen”, a legal person under the 14th Amendment; and classified every freed former slave under that political status as a “citizen” of DC. It also established that this legal person under “statute” (because remember, DC is a corporation and not an actual Government which cannot be incorporated and which falls under Public Law) was a “taxpayer”……even though there was conceivably little reason to expect that newly freed former slaves would have little resources to pay taxes sufficient to fund the activities of DC service corporation. — However, this paper class of "citizen”, this classification needed to be in existence in order to eventually sweep the REST of the population into this political status….which was exactly what began happening in the 1930s. At that time, by default, a living child born on an organic nation state was automatically an Article 4, section 2(a) national of that state and up until the 14th Amendment was written into existance, this was the only political status of an American.
DC Congress changed the definition of “State, states” to “territories of the District of Columbia”. This new classification needed to exist in order to eventually sweep ALL the incorporated state government services corporations under one umbrella with the DC Fed at the top, which was exactly what did happen in 1940. Remember, people were not paying attention to the slow erosion of power that was being drained from the County and States Assemblies, the organic Republican form of government, into the incorporated state-of-state service contractors…..and from there, consolidated into one gigantic “country” named in different corporate iterations the United States inc, UNITED STATES, and the United States of America inc et al; territorial or municipal depending upon whether they originated with the Crown or with the Vatican. Corporations all, and all foreign.
In the late 1800s and early 1900s, various loose systems began being set up which would help to track the population across all of the states. The census, birth certificates, and discussion about centralized banks. These would get formalized and fully implemented in the 1930s.
The so-called Great Depression was created by the globalist bankers pulling strings attached to the stock market in order to cause chaos and destruction, and make people willing to accept centralized banks. The Federal Reserve corporation was formed and sold to the people under the illusion that it was actually connected to Government, stepping in to provide a solution to the suffering…..but it was owned and operated entirely by the globalist bankers who were all intricately connected to the incorporated entities that were now being viewed as “the government” at both state and federal levels. Almost eighty years had passed since the Civil War, and few were still alive to mark the changes that had taken place over the years. Few also seemed to remember that the original Founding Fathers had warned against centralized banks and the resulting concentration of power in the hands of a few; the opposite of belonging to We-the-People.
Early 1930s; enter Franklin D. Roosevelt, globalist darling masquerading as everyone’s favorite benevolent uncle, here to save America from the ravages of the depression with a nationalized (centralized) birth certificate Registry that every state was expected to participate in…..and a new “benefit” called the Social Security Administration. Participation in these systems was of course voluntary, but what you were giving up by signing up was not disclosed; that is, your child’s identity was being handed over to “the state” and converted into the political status of 14th Amendment legal person “citizen” and taxpayer under statute; a subject of the corporation. Applying for a social security number to receive benefits was another way that you were abandoning your birthright political status as an Article 4 section 2(a) Citizen of your organic nation state….and volunteering yourself as a 14th amendment “citizen” and taxpayer under Statute.
Immediately, the bankers began using the social security numbers to commodotize people’s identities and trade them in the derivatives markets. This situation was what enabled all the fraud tied to the Cestui Que Trust system and the Transmitting Utility system that have risen to public awareness in the last several years. The financial fraud was fully underway, and has been evolving ever since.
Also in 1933, Roosevelt began demanding people to turn over their physical gold to the government services contractors aka “the government” in return for IOUs that were guaranteed to the original Article 4 section 2(a) Citizens….knowing full well that the plan was to eventually have none of those people left to benefit, as in a generation or two would have everyone pulled into the legal fiction political status of 14th Amendment citizens without their knowledge.
Then, in 1940, Congress with the stroke of a pen consolidated all the incorporated state government services corporations under one roof; the U.S. umbrella….and the new “U.S. citizen” political status was created.
Here is the kicker and where the silent hostility of the Police State comes from; you cannot serve two masters, and being a “citizen” of a state-of-state corporate government and a U.S. citizen of the United States of America corporate government at the same time is a conflict of interest. Under International Rules of War, this allegiance to two masters makes one an “Enemy Combatant” of both automatically.
Participating in voting is a symbolic admission of willingness to comply with the statutory codes and rules of corporate “citizenship”….as is failure to exempt oneself from voluntary participation in income taxation, and asking for permission in the form of “application” for licenses and permits from that system, and further validates that these policies apply to you. As a 14th Amendment citizen, you fall under the Laws of War automatically, and are subject to full enforcement for any and every transgression under the rules of the corporate jurisdiction.
This is the energy that feeds the authoritarian power that sits with every Policy Enforcement Officer who wears a uniform. And most have absolutely no idea. Many are even surprised to learn that their duty to “protect and serve” applies to the assets of their corporate employers, NOT to the population…..and that this truth has been reaffirmed many times by both state courts and the Supreme Court.
They do, however, have a duty to protect and serve the people who have reclaimed their original birthright status as Article 4 section 2(a) Citizens; these are the state Nationals who have pledged their allegiance to their unincorporated States of the Union, and as such, as owed the Law of Peace. They are not Enemy Combatants, nor are they subject to the rules, codes, statutes, regulations, mandates, laws and executive orders of the corporate jurisdiction. They are few and far between, but they have always been here, and more and more are reclaiming their birthright political status every day, and stepping out of that jurisdiction, and commmitting themselves to educate and inform people of the fraud and deception that has been normalized. It is an uphill battle. Imagine, once again, that the managers and owners of that corporation that was abandoned for 160 years and the employees left to run it themselves return to find that so much time has passed that their current employees not only do not recognize them, but they have gotten so used to unlimited power that they have no intention of just handing it back over, regardless of rightful ownership.
After all, they have everything to lose and nothing to gain.
The true history of America can be found with careful research; it is taught by many scholars who have written and recorded extensively. This rambling explanation was meant to provide the historical context to the silent hostility that exists in the relationship between law enforcement at all levels and society, as individuals and as a collective. It is an energy which arises from the legal framework established by the corporate jurisdiction that most people perceive to be “our government”. Most of the men and women who work as law enforcement officers are aware of the energy, but have no knowledge of where it came from. It is not their fault; the vast majority of us have grown up thinking that the way things are right now are the way that they have always been….the way that they are supposed to be. But that is changing, as the government overreach spreads and the noose tightens. People are beginning to reject the superficial, and applying themselves to do the deep dive necessary to truly comprehend the big picture. And that can only be a good thing.
Great post. The first time I ever experienced racism in my life was by a White cop in Los Angeles. He stuck a pistol in my face, called me a Nigger, and told me he would kill me. I was 14. To this day I can still see his lips shaking in rage. His piercing blue eyes, him grinding his teeth. He was evil. Needless to say I was shook. I never forgot that, manifestly. I even wrote about it. Ironically my daughter is in law enforcement but I still see a disconnect between them and regular, decent people. In Los Angeles, and elsewhere they are just another gang....
